Does Agency Access offer any payment plans?
Yes. Quarterly and monthly payment options are available which include a small interest fee.
Does Agency Access have a license agreement?
Yes. The "Agency Access License Agreement" is the agreement for the use of Agency Access' lists. It is an agreement between yourself and Agency Access, made before you purchase a list. Can I share a list with a friend?
No. Only the licensee can use the service.
How often does Agency Access update their database?
We call and update each and every company in our database once every 12 weeks. Updates are available daily.
Does the database contain contact emails?
Yes. All lists purchased through Agency Access come with email addresses if they are available to us. Email addresses belonging to contacts that opt-out will not be listed.
Can I send your list to a third-party service?
Yes. As long as you have them agree to proper use of Agency Access data, you may use a third-party service.
In what file formats can I get my list?
Lists are available in tab separated (.txt), comma separated (.csv), and Excel (.xls) files.
