We make a direct personal connection with contacts who are potentially interested in your work; contacts who have opened and clicked through your email campaign links. We will work with you to write the quick pitch; the message we want to get across and the action we want the contact to take. As an example, we can seek portfolio reviews, print-piece requests, and even schedule appointments.
All of our calls are private labeled; we call as if we are from your studio. Our telephone producers are in-house, college educated professionals who deeply understand the importance of your message. We are not a call center.
What You Get
We will call each contact up to three times with the hope of reaching them. If not, we will leave messages when appropriate, driving the contact to the client’s website. Most calling campaigns run a course of 5 to 10 business days. You will receive weekly updates on our progress until our calling campaign is completed. If a request is made by a contact, we will contact you within that business day to let you know what action you need to take, such as sending out your book.
