We are giving you more tools and software to create the best marketing lists possible. And now, in 2020, we’re introducing the brand-new List Builder!

A New Way to Build Lists

This new update has one goal: helping you build better mailing lists in less time. It’s now simpler than ever, making lists more targeted than ever before. Thanks to new criteria-based Segments, you can now pinpoint synergistic companies or contacts with more accuracy.

More Job Titles

Knowing what a contact does at a company is vital to choosing the right people for your mailing list. Thanks to our Research Team, there are now more titles at more companies than ever before. You’ll see a broader range of titles so you can build better lists and navigate the Directory more easily.

Criteria-Based Segments

There’s a whole new way to build lists. Just like building blocks, add segments to make targeted selections. You can now curate your list based on location, job title, specialty, company type, and more. We’ve also included two new criteria: email opened, and email clicked, so you can further target your lists based on who’s interacting with your marketing. You can even specify the specific email campaign they’ve interacted with.

New Filters, Less Time List-building

Take your list, then cut it down. That’s now easier than ever before, thanks to the introduction of new filters. Once you’ve created your list, it may need further refinement. Use filters to narrow your results and make more efficient selections. Want to choose all the art producers in your list first? Filters let you select them all at the same time. This is going to be one of your favorite new features.

Moving Your Lists to the New System

We know that you spent a lot of time building your lists, so we’ve created a migration tool to make moving them as straightforward as possible. Once you log in to the new List Builder, you’ll have the option to migrate your existing lists.

More Contacts, Same Cost

All of our members will now see even MORE contacts in the Directory. Contacts like fine art companies and architectural firms used to cost extra, but are now included in your membership. For more info on these new contacts, check out this recent blog post.

More New Features Coming Soon

We’ve got more new stuff in the works. Projects already underway include list-building from tags and list-building from your personal contacts. We’re also working on giving you more insight into the automatic updates on your lists, with custom controls to make it work for you.
